"The carers who attended to my husband are so nice and friendly"

About: ACCORD Hospice

(as a carer),

I was a bit apprehensive about asking for help, but was put at ease right away, the carers were so nice and made you feel like part of the family. The carers who attended to my husband are so nice and friendly, and very attentive to my husband's needs, and bright and cheery, and I can't fault them for all the help they have given, they always ask how I am as his carer, if I am ok and do I need anything. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care.

Dear Carer thank you so much for your feedback, something that is always welcomed so we can continuously review, update and improve the service we deliver. I am so glad we could alleviate your initial apprehension, and that the experience of our service was very positive for you and your husband. One of our focuses is on time, ensuring we give enough time to care for the patient and their loved ones / carers. And YES as you said, when we undertake the care of a patient they (and their family) do become part of the 'ACCORD Family' for as long as they need us.

Thank you

Brian
