We recently had a new client who was admitted to our care home. We agreed admission to the home with the support of the Willow clinic, particularly Laura & Fiona. Since admission to the home we have seen a significant reduction in distress and the resident has been engaging with different activities within the suite, there was very limited communication however this has now even started to improve significantly.
The support we have received from the Willow Clinic has been outstanding. They have visited weekly and continued to offer support and advice, and we have seen many improvements.
The support we have received has been outstanding and the team are always just a phone call away.
I feel the Willow Clinic and the team have worked tremendously together to ensure we achieve outcomes for the client.
