I dropped in a letter from bath royal united hospital on the 15th July this letter was also sent to the downend health group but they said they hadn't received it, you can understand why I took the letter I had received in person to the surgery as this has happened twice before. as of today 29th July I still have no idea whether the methotrexate and folic acid will be prescribed me as I only have one weeks supply left, they told me it would take 10 days to be added to my repeat prescription but 14 have gone buy now the only consultation is that I have an appointment at the ruh bath on the 7th July. also all of my blood test have not been updated on the nhs app or at my doctors surgery and as a result my doctor will not be able to assess if there are any changes from the base line blood checks and the blood checks after taking methotrexate for 3 month.

It's a shocking service.
