"Dismissive GP and misdiagnosis "

I got an appointment at the hub over the weekend due to being in pain and noticed the appearance of skin lesions, the GP I saw barely even acknowledged me or examined my face, just said they might be cysts and gave me steroids and antibiotics. Turns out it's actually shingles and have been given and taking stuff that makes it worse! I have been in agony and distress all weekend and the doctor was extremely dismissive and not thorough.

As this is a very specific complaint, I would value the opportunity to fully investigate and respond, can I ask that you email me your details so that I may do so?
