Was unwell and docters sent the care team out it was amazing not having to go to hospital and got checked in the comfort of my own home they were great with me so nice and reassurance for me checked my blood and came back a few days later to check again which was lovely best service about

The team work so hard to try and keep patients like yourself at home and prevent the need to go into hospital. it is great to hear such nice feedback, thank you again for taking the time to let us know how you feel.
