About: Warrington Hospital

I had a negative experience with your A&E department recently ..

I subsequently received an anonymous survey regarding my recent experience I rated my experience as very poor.

For some reason my survey response wasn't accepted

I therefore went onto the patient reviews section on the NHS official website and relayed my negative experience there instead

That too was rejected

What is the purpose of having various review platforms if negative experiences are excluded
