I was initially concerned about going to see a physiotherapist because I didn’t think anything could help my ongoing symptoms, but just how wrong was I.
I was seen by the very lovely Tara, she was so very friendly and kind and she listened to me which was so important, I had a heart attack three years ago and I feel worse than ever, but Tara asked questions of me and answered mine.
After a couple of visits to the clinic Tara gave me some very gentle exercises for my arms, legs and breathing which if I’m really honest I thought was a complete waste of my time, but I was completely wrong, my breathing is coming along in leaps and bounds, {it seems that I was breathing completely wrong for over 80 years} and the strength in my arms and legs are getting much stronger. So many thanks Tara I shall miss you, you have really been a star and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
