My daughter has been having treatment for braces for the last year. She has autism and PTSD.
While the dentists are very good, every appointment there are changes and last appointment the senior dentist seemed cross because they moved teeth bone way then back with no clear plan of what was happening.
There needs to be a clear plan in place and everyone communicates and follows the plan.
At our third last appointment dentist was making up different type of bridges and I felt really didn't know what he was doing by the way he was thinking out loud. It has been very frustrating for my daughter that her teeth have been moved left to right and back again and still the same.
Guys get a coordinated plan and make it work - keep notes updated. I feel this is basic stuff which could save time with brace on, patient time and clinician time.
