I’ve been fortunate to attend weekly ACL rehab sessions with Ruari and his team at Fareham Community Hospital and I cannot rate this offering highly enough.

From the specialised care and rehabilitation program for both pre and post ACL surgery to general motivation, encouragement and advice regarding all aspects of this type of injury/surgery, these sessions have had a major impact on my physical and mental well-being as the weeks have progressed. Attending this weekly in-person programme has proven valuable on many levels and I’m incredibly grateful.

I’d like to thank MSK physiotherapy for these past weeks and I am disappointed I won’t be able to continue these sessions following my surgery as I’m moving to another county.
