What I liked

What I disliked = I was due to go to Mayday Hospital for a "TRUS" Biopsy (Prostate), but due to the unavailibilty of a Doctor through illness, my appointment was canclled by the hospital within two and a half hours of my due arrival. No thought was given to a patients welfare or anguish upon last minute cancellations.This is unacceptable.

What could be improved

I am informed that the service provided for a "TRUS" Biopsy is only available to patients on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is evident that there are no Medical Replacements when doctors are sick. Croydon is the largest London Borough in terms of population and this restricted service should compared with other London Boroughs who offer a wider service, but have smaller populations
