"Used to be great seems to be just going down hill"

I used to really like and recommend this doctor’s and have been with them a number of years now one trainee doctor saved my sons life (unfortunately he is no longer there but i am forever greatful to him) but in the last couple of years i have really seen a decline doctors seem to not really care about your concerns one doctor sits as if he has better things to be doing when asked a question about a concern of a baby i was told does it matter well i don’t know thats why i am asking you.

A baby with a rash for over 8 weeks that isn’t clearing up seen by multiple doctors and not one of them seems to care we are just fobbed off

With steroid cream and what it might be 3 different things (which it hasn’t been any of them) was even told by one doctor he didn’t care and then said don’t take that the wrong way. I have a friend who works in dermatology at the hospital who showed pictures to a paediatric dermatologist and they said they would definitely want to see the baby for said rash when asked if she could be referred was told no. They have told me what they think it mitht be and what to Use and straight away it has started clearing When i come for my checks after having my baby the doctor didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was actually asking me and also tried to put me back on the wrong contraception. The list goes on it just seems like going for an appointment with them is a massive inconvenience to them and they don’t care Only doctor i have been to recently for my son that seems to give a dam is doctor lawton so until i find somewhere i am happy to transfer me and my family to dr lawton is who i will be requesting to see you have to wait weeks for an appointment anyway so whats a few more weeks to see a doctor that actually cares and reassures you properly so u don’t leave feeling worse. I’ve never complained before and hate doing so but it just seems to be getting worse and worse and other people i know are saying the same. I do no feel confident in going to the doctors at the moment and i think that is really sad,
