Do not use this company. They rip you off. They rip off the elderly.98yr old home visit The eye test is not comprehensive. Payment is taken in full and the glasses arrive in the post. Glasses were £230 per pair!! Specsavers for the same frame £70 buy one pair get one free!!

Our optometrists are fully qualified and conduct thorough and comprehensive eye exams. However, we regret if this did not meet your expectations and are keen to address any specifics that were lacking in your experience. We understand your concerns regarding the cost of the glasses. The price reflects not only the frames and lenses but also the service, including home visits and aftercare. We acknowledge that other providers, may offer different pricing models and promotions. We aim to provide a convenient service which may come at a different price point. However, we are committed to ensuring our prices are fair and transparent.
