Louise is always so pleasant and patient. I have real problems usually giving blood but she never fails. She’s very gentle and chats away, always making sure I’m okay. She is one of the few people who can get blood from my arm and not my wrist which is where most people go.

She is such a lovely nurse and I’m always chuffed when I hear her call me because I know I won’t have any problems.
