The ENT department deserve a 5* rating.

The professionalism especially of the Consultant was exceptional and through taking the time to listen and pursue my partner's concerns re other symptoms he was able to diagnose a chronic unrelated condition. The consultant and his ENT colleagues were warm, approachable and above all professional. All tests, scans and biopsies were carried out in a compassionate timely manner. The ENT secretary was brilliant and deserves a mention, one of the unsung heroes of the hospital!.
