"It would be nice to have some support"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / MS & Parkinsons Service

(as a relative),

Appt made last months for MS Nurse to do a home visit for my husband, appt made 2nd week of July.  No one came that day, I had a missed call later that day but when I tried to call back it doesn't take incoming calls.

2 weeks later no one has contacted us to arrange another appointment.  I have tried to contact the health centre and it just rings out. It's been impossible to speak to someone.

Hubby has MS, severely disabled, our carer has left and I look after him on my own 24/7, it would be nice to have some support.

So the gist of this is, how do I get in contact with the MS Nurses?

Good morning Madmo,

I am so very sorry for the experience you have had in contacting the MS Specialist Nurses. I am the Senior Nurse for the Locality where the team are based and I am very keen to make this right for you and your husband as quickly as possible.

Can I ask you to give me a call please so that I can help resolve the issues you have faced? My number is 07966206245

Apologies once again, this falls way below the standards of care we endeavor to deliver daily.

Kind regards,

Debi Robertson

Senior Nurse
