"The team was fantastic"

About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a service user),

We wish to acknowledge our appreciation and deep gratitude to the acute care team who looked after our mum earlier this month.

The team was fantastic; professional, helpful and extremely thorough, and this was so reassuring. For us, it was important to have mum cared for at home, and the support from the team enabled this to happen.

To consultant GN and the wonderful team of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians and speech therapists from Armagh, Dungannon, Lurgan and Newry who visited our home in recent weeks, thank you all so much. 

This is a wonder service, and you do amazing work.

I am very reassured that we were able to care for and treat your mum at home as it is recognised that some patients recover better in their own home environment.

I sincerely hope your mum remains well but you know how to access again if required.
