"Goodness what a turn Around! Thank you"

I went in the surgery to make an appointment the reception staff were just so lovely and most helpful . I mentioned this to my husband saying Goodness , I don’t know what has happened but Laurel House is so much better ! A few days later I was seeing my new Doctor, again so kind and helpful, again much impressed . I felt my confidence coming back as it has been absolutely awful for the last few years especially when my daughter so poorly and bed ridden with Hyperemesis gravidarum . My feedback at that time reflected how devistated and worried we all were and how badly we were treated. Only last year I tried to move surgeries , having been with Laurel House Dictors since 1950 as I was so worried about being ill ! Now it is like old times and I am no longer afraid of me or any of the family being poorly! So a big well
