When the e consult was down I physically went in to ask for help but was told just to wait until the e consult came back on!!! No one seems to want to help anyone anymore. What if I didn’t have e consult like my mum doesn’t? Shocking service

Thank you for sharing your feedback. My name is Lois, and I’m the Communications and Engagement Manager at Mendip Vale. I’m truly sorry to hear about your frustration in visiting us for help, only to be told to wait without immediate assistance. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

If you or others are unable to use eConsult via a digital device, please know we offer alternative methods. You can call the surgery, and a member of our team can complete the eConsult on your behalf. We also offer a paper eConsult form, which can be collected from and submitted at the surgery.
