(as the patient),

I have whooping cough with spasms of coughing and whooping on inhaling at times. All was 100% - seen promptly and very helpful.

The lady on the telephone got me an early appointment.

The lady on reception was very helpful.

I was seen by the doctor on duty, who was also very helpful, although unable to take a swab to confirm if it was whooping cough, which was disappointing.
