About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Went to city hospital for pains in my leg had a ultrasound at qmc who informed me had a blockage in my left leg

But 9 months waiting list for angioplasty and stent

That's not good enough when I'm in servere pain and now my toes are hurting and my calf

Why can't nhs transfer my case to another hospital so I can get back to normal

Had a heart attack last year surposed to keep fit that's a joke as I cant walk

Got pals involved but they have nothing back from Vascular qmc department

Dear Patient,

Thank you for sharing this feedback and your personal experience of our hospitals.

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing these symptoms and I’m pleased to hear that you were able to obtain support from my colleagues in the Pals service.

I would urge you to get back in contact with pals again as they have your details and it is important that we get this followed up for you as soon as we can.

Whilst we await you to contact us, I will forward this review to Pals and over to the vascular team to make them aware of it, however they are unable to progress this further without obtaining more information from you directly.

Kind regards,

Kelly – Patient experience officer.
