"All the staff we saw were kind, polite and professional"

(as a parent/guardian),

My 3 year old fell on Saturday and split her lip. We attended the Burnley Urgent Treatment Centre at about midnight. She was seen relatively quickly by a nurse, who checked her over, gave advice and pain relief and made an appointment for us to come back at 11am. When we returned at 11am, we were again seen relatively quickly by an advanced nurse practitioner who again checked my daughter over and provided me with advice and reassurance. All the staff we saw, including the reception staff, were kind, polite and professional. Thank you for providing us with such good care.

Hello,

Many thanks for your positive feedback regarding the care and treatment your 3 year old received at Burnley General Teaching Hospital when you attended for a split lip. What a wonderful review for the staff in the Urgent Care Centre. Our staff always strive to deliver, safe, personal and effective care and it will be a pleasure to pass on your feedback.
