The normal channels of getting an appointment were unsuccessful, but I was given a late night appointment with the practice head. She gave me a detailed examination and then recommended a course of action and even booked me an appointment with their practice physiotherapist for late Monday to fit with my working life.
I’m very pleased with how this as been resolved.
