My first ever visit to this centre this morning after receiving a text message to just Drop in no appointment necessary.
The text from my GP did not mention anything about lables!
On arrival I showed my text and my reason for the visit.
Immediately I was barked at Do I have lables !? I replied No iv not Been given
any, the next comment was have I bothered to read the news today? There is a national IT outage!
Which was irrelevant because I had not been instructed to get lables in the first Place. A complete breakdown in process where the staff are only to keen to blame the patient.
Unresonable staff, unprofessional behaviour.
