"Excellent Customer Service and Care"

I would like to say that Hounslow Family Practice should be a role model for all other GP Practices. They are so caring and always available on the same day to support you. Yesterday 30min Before closing, I called the GP surgery and informed receptionist/admin that my father needs medication as he has run out. Within 15mins the medication was ready at the pharmacy. She was so polite over the phone. This is what I call excellent service and great care. Thanks.
