(as a service user),

Had a really lovely experience today with my youngest daughter who is 6 and very nervous of doctors appointments at Dunfermline Queen Margaret Children's Orthoptic, she was there to get her eyes tested after some new glasses.

We saw Laura who was absolutely lovely and really put my little one at ease had a bit fun with her and was amazing. My daughter is not so scared to go back now and cant wait for her next a appointment and to be made a fuss of again!

Thanks very much for taking the time to feedback your experience. I have just come back from annual leave and was delighted to hear that your daughter enjoyed the tests at her appointment. It’s really important to the team that children feel at ease when they visit our department and it’s lovely to be able to feedback your positive experience to Laura and the rest of the team.
