"Awful Staff"

About: Mote

My nan recently came out of hospital after two and a half weeks with low sodium levels and needed her tablets today from the practice. She called them to ask if they were ready to collect as they had run out today and the lady over the phone said that it was ready. we went to collect them and said that they were not ready and that my nan had not gotten a call. My nan called the surgery again and they had the audacity to say that it was not their problem and that everyone says their medication is an emergency and that she will have to wait until the morning. Bearing in mind if she does not have the medication it’s life threatening and they simply did not care at all and continued to say that it was not their problem. it takes 10 seconds for the doctors to sign it off. and them not doing that could have caused my nan her life. we resulted in calling 111 and even the lady said that how we were treated was absolutely unacceptable and they should not be doing that. 111 sent her the medication straight away. will not be continuing to support that practice as they do not care about the life of their patience and are extremely rude to everyone.
