About: St. James's Medical Centre

You call your doctor because you are sick that is the only reason we have a family doctor and the receptionist tells you that you are no longer registered with us because you registered with another GP, when I tell them that I did not do such a thing, they tell you they had to delete me because they couldn't find me. I was deleted for more than 2 months without giving me a notification, absolutely nothing as I am no longer registered with them. This is the second time I have been in contact with them and they are not helpful at all, especially the receptionists you have. I should have been informed that I am no longer registered with you, as otherwise I could have registered with another GP . How come to take these decisions without informing your patiens or old patiens. I was needed a GP if something bad was happening how i was having to fiind a GP at that moment I left myself on the basis that I am registered with you, if I had known about this decision of yours, I would have found myself elsewhere . Very unprofessional

This is not a GP for people needs this is a business.
