About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Just been for Urology appointment at Queen Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy.

As with other NHS appointments staff are absolutely fantastic. Very much put you at ease . 

Consultant was very clear and reassuring.

Special mention also to Robbie - unsure if he's a health care support worker or a nurse, but he was brilliant. Got a great manner about him and very reassuring and easy to chat to . Very good at his job.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent appointment in Urology, it is very much appreciated you taking time out of your day to do this.

I am delighted with your comments regarding the staff and how you were very much put at ease during you time in the department.

Robbie is one of our healthcare support workers and most definitely interacts well with the patients coming through the department, he is certainly an asset to the team!

I wish you all the best and look forward to sharing your feedback with all of the Urology team.
