A fantastic job has been done by Andrea Emmens and Sarah carer support recovery champion from ward B. 2 in running the carers group. They've made it more than a group. It's now a family, supporting each and everyone of us. There's always time at the end for a private chat. A big thanks to Lauren the support secretary at Bassetlaw hospital who runs the admin in the background, nothing is too much trouble. We wish Sarah all the best in her new role and would like to wish everyone a merry xmas and a happy new year

Thank you so very much for this wonderful feedback, it is so very appreciated that you took the time to do this.I am so pleased to hear that you are benefiting from the group. also that the chance to talk privately, as well as in the group, is helpful.

I have already passed on to Sarah, Lauren and their managers your lovely feedback. it is so good to hear when things are going well and also any improvements we could make to maintain a high quality service.
