About: Stratheden Hospital

(as the patient),

I started going to the gym at Stratheden Hospital in Fife a few months ago, it has been a great experience and a brilliant start to my weight loss journey. Steve, the trainer at the gym, has been awesome and very helpful with tips on how to strengthen my lower back, and showing me how to use gym equipment correctly. I give high praise to the programme!
