Went to F14 ward for a procedure and from start to when I was discharged I was looked after extremely well, everything was explained and I was put at ease. All the staff were very friendly and they were always checking to see if I was alright although they were very busy. They were always smiling it made my short stay very good. The food I had was lovely and it was hot when I received it so that was very good.
