I am pleased to hear your experience with the nurse was a positive one. A memory assessment can be overwhelming so it is important you felt comfortable during the process. We endeavour to ensure we provide an environment that is friendly so we can allow those experiencing it to feel at ease as this is crucial at this time of assessment. I am glad to hear you felt the nurse was lovely, thorough and knowledgeable.

We appreciate your feedback in relation to signage in the grounds of Gransha Hospital. I am sorry you had difficulty finding the clinic as this is not helpful when you are attending an appointment. I will pass on this information in an endeavour to improve signage. We will also review the map we provide to explore ways to improve this to make it clearer.
