It was established I had gone through a sizable amount of trauma. These sessions showed me coping mechanisms. I am currently going through a work situation where I most probably lose my job because of my disability. My world felt upside down and my anxiety was through the roof.
Childhood traumas also weighed heavy on me and never getting over the loss of my mother simply left me feeling extremely sad.
Week by week we discussed all of this and it was all broken down into sections. I did feel angry at times regarding all of this but talking I learnt to process it. Mainly my anger was at my father but I cannot change the past and talking has made a big difference.
I need to move forward which with the help of my sessions I have.
I feel a better person, calmer and hopefully can see a brighter future.
