"We really appreciated the care and compassion"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as a relative),

My sister-in-law was transported from Millport to Crosshouse hospital in Kilmarnock. The staff who dealt with her were friendly and helpful. The female driver spent time with her while waiting on admission and made her feel at ease in difficult circumstances. We really appreciated the care and compassion for our relative. Many thanks

Dear ClaraMcq123,

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. It is great to hear positive stories about the work our wonderful staff provide.

If you wish I can pass on the feedback to the crews directly. To do so we would need to know the date, time and address that the Ambulance attended your sister. This information can be sent to sas.feedback@nhs.scot for the team to pick up. If you do decide to do this, would you be so kind as to make reference to your CareOpinion username so that the team can easily locate your story and share it with the crew.

I wish you all the very best and thanks again.

Kind Regards

Alan
