"I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness"

I recently attended the Breast Clinic at University Hospital Wishaw for a follow-up appointment. I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness. Special thanks to Dr Kate who was so kind and supportive. All staff are a credit to their profession but Dr Kate understood how anxious I was and she was great.

The only two negatives I would give to my visit to Wishaw is the parking and the heat inside the hospital. I totally understand that patients and visitors need to be kept warm but honestly, it was unnecessarily hot in the hospital - save energy, save money, turn the thermostat down!
