Just like with any practice they have a good and a bad side. From my personal experience the clinic has improved over the years, staff are friendly enough, get the job done and can manage a smile if they are not overwhelmed. Appointments are fairly easy to get if you are tech savy but in the recent months they have made the phone lines easier to get through to book an appointment.

There are some good GP’s that actually do their job wholeheartedly and not just because they get paid.

Most recently with the help of a Gp at Porters Avenue I was able to get a quick diagnosis of my ADHD and Autism through the right to choose service. With his understanding of my concerns I was assessed and diagnosed in a space of 6 months.

I hope the clinic continue to improve.
