About: New Stobhill Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Taken earlier than appointment time. Nurses explained timeliness and pre op checks. Consultant explained procedure.

In theatre, localised anistetic administed and step by step procedure explained. Staff kept my mind off procedure and no pain felt.

Post op care excellent.

All in all, 5 star treatment
