"Everything was great"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as the patient),

I was given treatment by the dermatologist the day of my appointment. I was given a very cold spray onto my ear. It was not painful,  a little bit of a nip but nothing really.

Once treatment completed I went home and then drove to my job in England. I was absolutely fine.

Hi Davidlx24, thank you for your post - to direct your post to the correct team can you tell me if you attended a Dermatology clinic at Outpatients or did you attend a ward setting?

Thank you

Dear Davidlx24

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your Dermatology appointment. I was pleased to hear that you received your treatment on the day. I noticed that you did not fine the cryotherapy treatment too painful. I hope that your ear is now healing well.

I will pass on your comments to the staff at the QEUH

regards

Charlotte Ashton
