"Utterly fantastic service"

The dental team at the hospital saw me extremely quickly and efficient despite me being a tourist up here.

The dentist who treated me was a lovely lady. I wrote on my form that I am autistic and I told her I had a fear of dental treatments before my procedure and she calmly spoke me through every movement and operation, which I appreciated extremely. She gave me a choice of stress balls to hold onto during the procedure and constantly reiterated reassurance to me in a kind voice.

Genuinely a dental treatment unlike any I've had before, I had no anxiety at all and felt safe and looked after. She even gave me a print out of the x-ray to give to my dentist back home.

Utterly fantastic service which is very much appreciated from somebody that suffers with autism and anxiety, it really makes such a difference when the staff are caring and understanding.
