"So kind and helpful"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as the patient),

I arrived on time for outpatient ultrasound scan at ARI but appointment was at Health Village! The reception staff and nurse were so kind and helpful and phoned another department, despite ultrasound scans not starting until over an hour later. The ultrasonographer came promptly and did the scan despite having to present at a meeting shortly afterwards. I could not be more grateful to all the staff. I only caught the name of the nurse (Shirley) but please pass my thanks to her and the receptionists and radiographer. Superb care!!

Hi Umberto,

I'm Ross, the Unit Support Manager for Radiology, NHS Grampian. Thank you so much for your sharing you kind words regarding your recent visit to ARI for an Ultrasound Scan.

I am delighted that the Ultrasound team were able to fit you in at ARI rather than the Health Village, and also that you received great care from all of the Team at ARI.

I have shared your feedback with the Ultrasound team where I'm sure it will be very warmly received.

Thank you once again for your kind words.

Ross
