What could be improved

The whole experience of attending this hospital is a complete nightmare.

From making the first appointment, right through to actually attending the clinic and waiting hour after hour to see the appointed doctor.

The reception and aministration staff are particularly bad. They treat patients as an inconvenience which merely distracts them from getting on with what they would rather be doing at the time.

There is no point spending millions on a hospital and staffing it with people who have absolutely no interest whatsoever in patient care.
