Had a really great experience today at the pru. Arrived at radiology, the radiologist was professional, prompt and informative. Sent through to A&E who were also very organised and prompt and professional. Overall was seen and diagnosed with bones broken on my foot.
Fitted with a boot and left. Very good service today. Thank you for your help.
