Seaside Trip
What a wonderful day it has been!
Just the sound of waves and blue sky over empty sea made me feel so much more calm.
I used to live in Bournemouth 10 years ago, the town and seaside hasn't changed that much, the main thing that changed is ME
I can not express how grateful I am to be in recovery. I can see the beauty of the world in its real true colours
Such an uplifting, precious experience
