(as a service user),

I was lucky enough to get to Dame Carol in Fareham earlier than expected.

I was extremely anxious prior to arriving but I needn't have been because everyone was very welcoming.

It's been a great experience to be able to chat to other people on the same journey

The staff have been so caring and nothing is too much trouble.
