"The overall experience was excellent"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I went for a prostate biopsy with general anaesthetic. On arrival the state of the hospital buildings was very dilapidated and run down but contrasted with the bright sparkling clean ward.

The level of care I received was excellent from all members of staff who couldn't do enough for me in particular nurse Juby was bright bubbly and very caring, the overall experience was excellent and my thanks go to all the people that took care of me.
