"Excellent patient experience"

I was experiencing some of the worst pain I’ve had in my life. I was scared and crying from the pain. But from the moment I arrived at Wynard Gynaecology ward I felt safe. I could feel the support and kindness from everyone involved in my care. All the staff were reassuring, compassionate and professional. I was regularly kept up-to-date with results and next steps. My pain was taken seriously by everyone. Staff were attentive, responding to the patient call button within a minute. And all the staff smiled, which instantly put me at ease. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all the staff involved in my care.
