"Fantastic staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as the patient),

I spent a night in ward 10A after a spinal procedure. Despite being a very busy ward staff always made time to ensure that pain relief was delivered quickly when i requested it.

They always checked in on me. The students that were on whilst i was in were brilliant and knowledgable  and will make fantastic nurses one day.

My discharge the next day was speedy allowing me home to my family in early afternoon. Staff ensured i had all relevant information and what i needed to do if i needed to be seen again following my discharge.
