About: The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust

I had a problem with concessionary car parking at RSH, I went to the car parking hut and a young car park attendant sorted out my problem for the day and advised me to contact the site manager for further information, who was also extremely helpful. My son came to visit his father later in the day and could not find a parking space but was again treated with excellent customer service. I can see it’s a difficult time for all at RSH but the upheaval will be worth it.

Well done to all the parking attendants.
