About: General Surgery / Surgical Unit

(as the patient),

I was admitted for elective gynae surgery. The whole process of the surgical unit was excellent. Staff were so friendly, especially nurse Natalia, who really took care of me post procedure. Natalia was exceptional, she was empathetic and really looked after me. She had my best interests at heart when deciding I needed to stay overnight and came to see how I was in the morning. Such a lovely, caring nurse. She is a credit to nursing!
