Attended appointment at East Ham centre to see Abi . She introduced herself well and immediately I felt at ease with the offer of cardiac rehabilitation and a quick change in mindset towards exercises following diagnosis. The environment and the atmosphere was great . Abi explained the exercises cardiac programme simple and clearly . My experience was super and much greater than what I receive from my GP. I felt relaxed and peaceful within with her approach.
